Holistic Assessment
Together we will look at the sleep issues you are experiencing and the impact they have on you.
This holistic assessment considers physical, mental, energetic and emotional aspects and we will discuss factors like your current sleep habits, daily routine and start getting to know your nervous system.

We will also take into account your current life circumstances and issues such as anxiety and stress which may impact on your sleep.
Tools for better sleep
Once we have an overview on what is contributing to your sleep issues, we can start implementing tools such as breathing techniques, gentle movement and simple yoga stretches.

We will also address sleep hygiene, your perceptions of sleep and practical tips to support yourself throughout the day to restore your ability to rest at night.

Next, we will monitor over a few sessions how these strategies are working for you and, listening to your feedback and preferences, amend your personal toolkit as required.
