Green Ivy on Stone Wall

Welcome

My main objective as a psychotherapist is to work with you in a supportive and non-judgemental way to help you gain awareness on how the issues you are experiencing impact on your life. Understanding yourself is the first step towards change and a deeper insight into your emotions, behaviours and relational patterns can empower you to make informed choices about your life.

Since I noticed that many of my clients struggle with sleep related issues, I completed training in the Sleep Recovery Method at the Grove Institute in London. If you are not sleeping as well as you would like, we can work together to make sense of the factors that are disrupting your sleep and implement tools that can help you restore your ability to rest deeply.
